Smoothies are a great way to enjoy all of the delicious fruit that's in season right now and an awesome way to promote weight-loss and overall health! The recipes below are a few of my current favorites and can even be frozen and eaten later as a sorbet. Each recipe makes roughly two smoothies. Enjoy!
