Salads are easily one of my favorite go-to healthy options, but one common mistake people make is in the dressing! So many dressings in restaurants and on the shelves at the grocery store are not only high calorie, but can have a ton of sugar, sodium, or carbs. Below is my usual salad dressing that can easily be customized or multiplied for a larger salad. I use it on everything from a basic spinach salad to Greek salads! It’s very versatile in flavor and never disappoints! Enjoy!
1 Tbs. Lemon juice
2 Tbs. Olive oil
Pinch of black pepper
(I tend not to make it in bulk because I think it is super easy to put together and find the ratio that works for you and if it’s kept too long I find it loses some flavor.)
